Well...he is still in the "terrible teething" stage, that's for sure! Lots of drooling, constant fever, and boy is he cranky! He still manages to crack his smiles though, you just have to catch him at his happy moments...or sing him the camel or the alligator song...he giggles like crazy! Now that the weather is nice, we like to take lots of walks! (Blake doesn't really have a say; mommy prefers walking him to sleep, rather than rocking him for an hour only to have to play with a cranky baby until he cries himself to sleep!) Also last week we decided to try real food for the first time...unfortunately the banana didn't go so well! He gave me this face like, "Yuck mom!" I will say though, after spitting out the first few bites, he did eventually eat half of a banana, the texture just took a little getting used to! We also would like to thank Mark for allowing us to sit down and have a yummy Hy-Vee breakfast! When Blake gets super cranky, Uncle Mark knows how to work the magic!
