This past weekend we celebrated Andy's 27th birthday. Unfortunately, he had to work most of the weekend at the Army Reserve Unit, but we managed to make the most of it. On Saturday, Blake and I traveled to St. Louis while Andy worked. We met up with Lisa to try on dresses at the Bridal shop for her September wedding! Then we got to hang out with Laura and visit Ryan and little Madeline. Blake got to meet Madeline's friend, Shrek; he didn't know what to think! On Saturday night we went out to dinner with some more friends...it was great to see everyone! After a Christmas Luncheon on Sunday, (in honor of family day at the reserve unit) we headed to Lexington to enjoy Andy's favorite, home-cooked beef stroganoff and homemade cheesecake! Blake helped his daddy unwrap some gifts, and even played a little Nintendo for his birthday! What a weekend!
